Half of a Beef

A half (1/2) of locally raised beef.   It includes ground beef, ribs, stew meat, and a variety of cuts of steaks and roasts.  The price is $8.25 per pound on the warm carcass weight, which works out to be approximately $2500-$3200 depending on the carcass size.  You can have your preference of grain finished or grass finished.  

We have a grain finished 1/2 available and a grass finished 1/2 available that has been cut with a standard cut.
