Brisket

A brisket between 4.5-5.5 lbs., perfect for an evening meal. Great for slow cooking or smoking.  

Our beef is raised on our family ranch just outside of Kamloops, without the use of added hormones.  It is processed at a provincially inspected abattoir which is a local, family owned business near Kamloops, BC.
