Half of a Lamb

Perfect for trying a variety of lamb cuts. You get to choose between ground lamb or stew.

Each half varies slightly. They include leg roast(s), packages of shoulder steaks, packages of loin chops, package of a rack of lamb, package of shank, package of ribs and package of ground lamb OR stew.

Our lamb is raised on our family ranch just outside of Kamloops, without the use of added hormones.  It is processed at a provincially inspected abattoir which is a local, family owned business near Kamloops, BC.
