This bag includes 2 lbs of lean ground beef, 1 package of stew meat, 1 package of rib steak or t-bone steak, 1 chuck roast and your choice of a package a ribs or a package of chuck steak.

Our beef is raised on our family ranch just outside of Kamloops, without the use of added hormones.  It is processed at a provincially inspected abattoir which is a local, family owned business near Kamloops, BC.
