Small Bag of Lamb

A great small bag of grain finished lamb. Perfect for trying a variety of cuts. You get to choose between ground lamb or stew and a package of shank or ribs.

Each bag includes:

• 1 leg roast

• 2 packages of shoulder steaks

• 1 package of loin chops

• 1 package of rack of lamb

• 1 package of ground lamb OR stew

• 1 package of shank OR ribs

Our lamb is raised on our family ranch just outside of Kamloops, without the use of added hormones.  It is processed at a provincially inspected abattoir which is a local, family owned business near Kamloops, BC.
