Mixed 1/4 of Beef

A mixed quarter (1/4) of locally raised beef, cut with a standard cut.  It includes ground beef, ribs, stew meat, and a variety of cuts of steaks and roasts.  You can have your preference of grain finished or grass finished.  Raised without the use of added hormones.

We are currently taking orders for grain finished beef, to be delivered in June and grass finished beef to be delivered in the beginning of September. Contact us to order.
