Mixed 1/4 of Beef

A mixed quarter (1/4) of locally raised beef, cut with a standard cut.  It includes ground beef, ribs, stew meat, and a variety of cuts of steaks and roasts.  The price is $8.25 per pound on the warm carcass weight.  You can have your preference of grain finished or grass finished.  Raised without the use of added hormones.
